Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you're purchasing a product that is not yet in stock. Payment is collected at checkout.

You may cancel your pre-order as long as the digital ebook has not been delivered. If the ebook has already been sent but you no longer wish to receive the hardcover, you're eligible for a 50% refund.
